Adjective superlative



We can form adjective superlative in English:

When we have adjectives we can add “est” and “er” “most” or “more”

FOR EXAMPLE: Tall – Taller - The tallest

Cold- Colder- The coldest.

hot - hotter - The hottest

noisy - noisier - The noisiest

noisy - noisier - The noisiest

beautiful - more beautiful - The most beautiful

There are comparatives and superlatives irregular adjectives


For example:

good - better The best
bad - worse
The worst
far
- farther / further - The farthest / furthest

SENTENCES:

  1. The mountains are generally fresher than the cities.
  2. Santo Domingo is less mountainous than Bonao.
  3. Jesucrhist is the best.
  4. My brother is lazier than me.
  5. I am more serious than you.
  6. Atilano is more intelligent than Yngrid
  7. I am the most important in the world.
